My transformation is well under way and has literally become a way of life. I now eat 5-6 small meals per day, lift weights 3 times per week and am training for a 10K. Loving life. Please keep track and post comments, ideas, or a story or link of your own.

The great news is that after a week and a few days, I am at 215.5 lbs, but better than that I can tell that my pants are fitting better and more comfortably. I'm excited.
