Cardio x 2

Ok, so this is the first day I tried to do cardio twice. I did a fast paced walk at 20 mins in the morning and just finished on this evening, quick as I could go, no slowing. Tomorrow is leg and shoulder day so I didn't want to run----my legs will be wobbly enough in the morning.
