The Lost Day

Ok friends, this is the first terrible one since starting my transformation. I worked for about 20 hour straight, lots of it in a the food was terrible, didn't eat at the right times, right amounts, right foods, nothin! Yuck. I am totally feeling it. How do I ressurect what I'm trying to accomplish?

Early Saturday morning Im hitting Gold's Gym in Mechanicsville and I'm going to pay the price for the lost day and get the motivation back up to where it needs to be.

Any words of wisdom are encouraged and appreciated :) Happy Friday my friends.
