Snow fall in Central Virginia---- Cardio too

So I hit 30 mins of cardio, interal style. I did a five minute warm up followed by one minute as hard as can go, one minute slow.....then finished with five minutes to cool down. Finished up with 10 kettlebell get ups for each side (Google it if you've never done it----whew it will finish you off)

The Gold's Gym in Richmond- Willow Lawn- shrunk their kids zone by half its size when they added the lap pool. My kids were bummed because it took out the half basketball court that was there.
