Okay...two straight days of long work hours--16 each---have precluded any form of taking care of me! Yikes. Someone throw me some motiviation because I am deeply in need, and greatly off track.
I have a less busy weekend coming up so my plans are to get back in gear. I'll do a full body workout Friday and a Couch to 5K run on Saturday. Remember, the couch to 5k can be downloaded as a podcast on Itunes for free. You can also find information on the program at http://www.nhs.uk.
