Did my second run for one mile today. Thursday it bumps to 1.5 and then 2.0 on Saturday. My shins still hurt a bit from Saturday when I ran this morning, but the weather was much better. we were at about 40 degrees, no rain, and no fog.
Hopefully the weather stays mild and my legs keep movin'
